Battle of Camlan

My most famous event occurred at the Battle of Camlan. King Arthur and I were among the few survivors at the battle. King Arthur was badly wounded and asked upon my request to throw Excalibur (the sword) back into the Lady of the Lake. I knew that it wasn't right to throw the sword into the water since it was of such great value but I was commanded to obey my king. King Arthur knew that if the mystical sword was left for anyone to have, it would create some supernatural event. I took the sword and threw it into the water. When I threw it into the water, a hand jumped out and grabbed the sword, slowly sinking back down with it. It was the most unbelievable thing I ever experienced.
